The Hope Lodge, which will be located in downtown Salt Lake City, will serve residents from rural Utah and the Intermountain West who travel to Salt Lake to receive care at its cancer treatment centers. The Dodge Momentum Index Shows 1.5% Gain in Commercial Construction
NEW YORK, N.Y. — The Dodge Momentum Index rose 1.2 percent in December compared to the previous month, according to McGraw Hill Construction, a division of McGraw Hill Financial. The Momentum Index is a monthly measure of the first (or initial) report for nonresidential building projects in planning, which have been shown to lead construction spending for nonresidential buildings by a full year. December's increase brought the Momentum Index to 118.3 (2000=100), the highest reading since February 2009.
