Gov. Kathy Hochul announced $10 million is available to advance new zero-emission homes in New York State. The Building Better Homes – Zero Emission Homes for Healthier Communities program incentivizes the design, construction and marketing of new clean and resilient single-family homes and townhomes and provides training and technical support to builders and developers. Balfour Beatty Breaks Ground on $95.5M Mixed-Use Development in Dallas

Balfour Beatty started construction on a $95.5 million mixed-use development on North Henderson Avenue in Dallas, Texas. Owned and developed by Acadia Realty Trust and development firm Ignite-Rebees, the 161,000-square-foot, creative mixed-use development will occupy a site on Henderson Avenue that has been vacant for decades. Skanska Completes North Carolina Surgical Hospital in Chapel Hill

UNC Health’s North Carolina Surgical Hospital has been completed. Rising seven-stories and spanning 375,000 square feet, Surgical Hospital is the largest addition to the Chapel Hill campus since it was built in 1952.
