The International Code Council and the Center for Offsite Construction at the New York Institute of Technology are collaborating to develop a standard for modular construction through the creation of the “CFOC/ICC 1220 Standard on Configurations and Connections for Off-Site Construction.” The publication is expected to be finalized and made available by May 31, 2026. Topping-Out Ceremony Held for Hackensack Meridian Health Facility at Transit Hub

Hackensack Meridian Health topped off construction of its health and wellness center at a transit hub located in Woodbridge, New Jersey. When it opens later this year, it will offer more than 60,000 square feet of healthcare services just steps from one of the state’s busiest mass transit hubs. Health services offered will include primary care, medical specialties, surgical specialties, sports and spine center of excellence, advanced imaging, phlebotomy, rehabilitation, retail pharmacy, occupational health and urgent care.
