Willmeng’s Builders Cup Raises More than $300,000 for Treasure House

Phoenix, Arizona-based Willmeng Construction recently gathered more than 150 clients and trade partners for a round of golf that will have a lasting impact on one Arizona nonprofit organization. Through its annual Builders Cup golf tournament, Willmeng raised funds for Treasure House, an organization founded by Kurt and Brenda Warner, that serves adults with developmental disabilities. ICC, Center for Offsite Construction Collaborate to Establish Modular Interface Standards

The International Code Council and the Center for Offsite Construction at the New York Institute of Technology are collaborating to develop a standard for modular construction through the creation of the “CFOC/ICC 1220 Standard on Configurations and Connections for Off-Site Construction.” The publication is expected to be finalized and made available by May 31, 2026.
