Gilbane is providing construction management at-risk services for the construction of the 18-story tower. The National Center for Construction Education and has appointed its 2023 board of trustees executive committee and new board members. All board of trustees’ members represent contractors, owners, or partner associations and are recognized for their expertise in construction, construction workforce development or construction-related issues.
