Scott Wilkins has been promoted to senior superintendent at The Christman Company at the contracting firm’s office in Knoxville, Tennessee. Wilkins, who joined Christman in 2019, has 28 years of experience in oversight of large-scale projects, including industrial parks, multi-unit and custom residential and office buildings and municipal and higher education projects.
