LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Andy Peters, AECOM’s senior vice president and chief safety officer, has been appointed to the United States Department of Labor’s Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health. James Merritt Named Kadean Construction Superintendent
ST. LOUIS, Mo. – James Merritt has been named construction superintendent by Kadean Construction Company. Merritt, of St. Charles, Missouri, has more than 25 years of construction supervision experience, while also focusing on workplace safety, quality workmanship and meeting completion deadlines. His assignments range from local bridge work to $80-million projects with as many as 300 construction workers onsite. OSHA Appoints New Director for its Construction Directorate
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health Dr. David Michaels has selected Dean McKenzie as the new director of the agency’s directorate of construction.
