DENVER, Colo. — Ware Malcomb was recognized recently by the Tilt-Up Concrete Association at the organization’s annual convention and awards gala with a 25th Annual Tilt-Up Achievement Award for its work on the Prologis Stapleton Business Center North Building 1 located in Denver, Colorado. The tilt-up warehouse is a 402,398-square-foot speculative facility and incorporated several architectural features including lay-up panels, floating panels and spandrels that reach over 50 feet. The corners of the building incorporated 3-story recessed storefront glass, covered canopies, floating panels and bearing spandrels. With Knutson Construction since 1984, Greg Ball has been promoted to superintendent. Over the past 31 years, Ball has become an exceptional team member delivering The Knutson Experience in all of his work. Recently, Ball played an integral role leading and acquiring work at the University of Minnesota.
