Heartis Buckhead, a 19-story, 278,000-square-foot luxury senior living high-rise in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, Georgia, has bottomed out following the completion of extensive excavation and shoring activities on the below-grade portion of the project’s parking deck. The new Discovery Building at Santa Monica High School, located in California, has recently topped out. The building is planned to open for the 2021-22 school year. The $133-million, voter-approved building constructed by McCarthy Building Companies, will contain three stories.
