Jacobson Technical High School in Seminole, Florida, is underway. The project team includes JE Dunn Construction and Ranon & Partners, Inc. A Hyatt Centric hotel project for the upscale Apex SouthPark development in Charlotte, North Carolina, is underway with JE Dunn Construction as general contractor. The 135,000-square-foot Hyatt Centric SouthPark will feature 175 rooms and amenities including retail and restaurant on the ground level, bar and pre-function/ballroom on the second level and fitness and restaurant/bar on the ninth-level rooftop. The transformative project is the first phase and anchor for Harrison Square, a new micro-neighborhood that will add residential, office, retail and hotel space in the area immediately surrounding the former hospital within the Illinois Medical District.
