Ware Malcomb provided architectural design services for the 270,738-square-foot industrial building, located on a redeveloped 14-acre site. The industrial project, known as Meadowvale South, was developed by CanFirst Capital Management on behalf of CanFirst Industrial Realty Fund VII LP. The project features a 40-foot clear building height, 42 dock-level doors, two grade-level doors, 50-foot-wide by 54-foot-deep bays and a 60-foot staging bay.
