Construction is complete for the $3.3-million utility infrastructure extension project in preparation of construction of the Otay Mesa East Port of Entry located between the United States and Mexico from State Route 11. The project was awarded to Skanska by the San Diego Association of Governments and California Department of Transportation in July 2023. The project extended sanitary sewer systems in the area and water services for the Otay Water District, along with related services for San Diego Gas & Electric, AT&T and COX Communications, to accommodate all future points of entry. Formation Interests, Crescent Real Estate, Willmeng Construction and the city of Goodyear, Arizona came together for the groundbreaking ceremony of Formation Park 10. FThis is the first project outside of Texas for Formation, a development and investment company based in Dallas. Phase 1 of Formation Park 10 consists of 427,000 square feet across two buildings and includes a large park to serve as an amenity for future tenants and the surrounding community. Rosendin Completes Work on SFO’s New Harvey Milk Terminal

The Harvey Milk Terminal 1 Center at San Francisco International Airport in California has been completed by Rosendin. The contractor was the Technology Systems Design-Builder and Systems Integrator on the multiphase $2.4B renovation, including designing and constructing a central concourse, pre- and post-security checkpoints, and ticketing and baggage handling system. Rosendin’s role included designing, constructing, integrating and commissioning several key technology systems to modernize the terminal. These include passenger-focused systems, such as high-speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the terminal, a Neutral Host Distributed Antenna System extending cellular services and dynamic wayfinding systems with large video walls. Tufts Medicine, Acadia Healthcare Break Ground on Behavioral Health Hospital To Serve Greater Boston Area

Tufts Medicine and Acadia Healthcare Company held a ceremony to celebrate the start of construction on a 144-bed behavioral health hospital in Malden, Massachusetts. Slated to open in fall 2025, the hospital will be a center of excellence serving patients of all ages. The new hospital will offer the latest in inpatient behavioral healthcare and intensive outpatient programs and providing the continuum of care needed to support patients and their families. Turner Construction Company is the general contractor and Stengel Hill Architecture is the architect for the project. The new hospital will also serve as a teaching hospital for psychiatry and other behavioral health professionals, training students and residents from the Tufts University School of Medicine.
