Hoar Construction Breaks Ground on Medical Office Building for Anchor Health in Lakeland, Florida
A recent groundbreaking signaled the start of construction on the 77,200-square-foot Watson Clinic Medical Office Building for Anchor Health Properties in Lakeland, Florida. Hoar is serving as the general contractor for the project, which is expected to be completed by second quarter 2026 and will include offices and imaging labs. The four-story, tilt-wall project is going vertical, with a topping out expected later this summer. Three of the floors will be built out, totaling 55,702 square feet of offices, exam rooms and imaging suites. Willmeng Construction recently completed the new Clarence Wesley Health Center in Bylas, Arizona, a 33,000-square-foot healthcare facility that will better serve the San Carlos Apache Tribe’s Bylas community. Hoar Construction announced today the groundbreaking of a new building for Oak Springs Elementary School in Austin, Texas. The project is part of an ongoing bond program for Austin Independent School District, which was approved in 2022 and includes over $2 billion worth of capital projects for local schools. South Carolina Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility for Justice-Involved Youth Tops Out
South Carolina’s new psychiatric residential treatment facility for justice-involved youth in Columbia, South Carolina has topped out. This effort was led by the South Carolina Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities’ Office of Mental Health, along with Construction Manager Agent Services from LCK. Project teammates placed the uppermost steel beam on the roof level of the one-story facility in addition to substantially completing the building’s structure.
