Built by McCarthy Building Companies, the building replaces an aging EMS station and enhances emergency response capabilities in the region. Located on the main Phelps Health campus in Rolla, Missouri, nestled in the heart of the Ozarks, approximately 105 miles south of St. Louis, the base was partially funded by a $4 million American Rescue Plan Act grant from the state of Missouri.
