The Jacksonville Jaguars and Iguana Investments announced that PCL Construction has been named the construction manager for the Shipyards development project, including the Four Seasons Hotel Jacksonville, located in Florida, which is scheduled to break ground later this year along the St. Johns River. Gilbane Building Company has completed the renovation and expansion of the new Grand Avenue Neighborhood Center for the City of Orlando, Florida. Gilbane partnered with Borrelli + Partners and JCB Construction to provide Design-Build services to expand and renovate an existing 1926 Mediterranean revival architecture building that originally served the community as a school.
