ViaWest Group broke ground on its latest industrial development, Sight Logistics Park, along the high-visibility I-10 corridor in Tempe, Arizona. Sight Logistics Park is an infill, redevelopment project that will revitalize the 17.97-acre parcel that was the former global headquarters for Insight Enterprises. The park is made up of two modern industrial buildings totaling 356,904 square feet. Building 1 is 155,717 square feet and building 2 is 201,187 square feet. McCarthy, Moore Ruble Yudell Selected to Lead Development for Business School Building at the University of California, Riverside

McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. alongside Moore Ruble Yudell Architects & Planners were selected by the California Board of Regents to lead the development of a new 63,000-square-foot building at the University of California, Riverside. The building will centralize School of Business classes and activities, which have been distributed across campus because of the program’s growth. Lendlease Begins Construction on 15-Story Outpatient Complex in Manhattan for Northwell Health

Lendlease’s New York construction group has started work on Northwell Medical Pavilion – 77th Street, a new 15-floor, 200,000-square-foot outpatient complex on Manhattan’s Upper East Side that will be operated by Northwell Health. Lendlease is providing construction management services for the project, which is scheduled for completion in late 2025. A groundbreaking celebration with project partners and local officials signaled that demolition will soon begin, with excavation and foundation work expected to start in the spring. Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering Opens New Campus

As school resumed in August, Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering students celebrated not only a new year and starting in new grades — they also began the school year at a new campus. The residential school, located in Huntsville, includes 76,500 square feet of academic space and 51,400 square feet of residences. Brasfield & Gorrie was the general contractor. Landmark Tucson Convention Center Renovations Complete

Renovations were recently completed on the Tucson Convention Center. The $65-million project in downtown Tucson, Arizona was delivered in partnership with Sundt and Concord General Contracting. The project included 11 improvements across the campus, including updating the Leo Rich Theatre and the Linda Ronstadt Music Hall, renovating the main ballrooms and south exhibition hall and adding 32,000 square feet of meeting rooms, restrooms and lobbies.
