Gilbane | Turner in Association with 34 Group Selected to Build Stadium for the Buffalo Bills

The joint venture of Gilbane Building Company and Turner Construction Company in association with 34 Group, has been selected by Pegula Sports & Entertainment to provide construction management of the planned new NFL stadium for the Buffalo Bills in Orchard Park, New York. The project team also includes the project management firm, Legends Project Development and Populous as the designer.

Erickson-Hall Construction Co. joined more than 100 educators, community members and stakeholders to celebrate the ribbon cutting of Pacific Sky School in Del Mar Union School District. Located in San Diego, California, the K-6 school was funded by the district’s Measure MM passed in 2018. The event also featured a song and poem performance by students honoring their new school, as well as tours of the facility. Sixth and Guadalupe Mixed-Use Tower Tops Out in Austin

Standing taller than any building in Austin, Texas, Sixth and Guadalupe has topped out at its final height of 865 feet. This milestone has been two and a half years of a steady vertical climb and was met successfully. Sixth and Guadalupe is owned and managed by Kairoi Residential, Lincoln Property Company and DivcoWest. Construction is led by JE Dunn Construction and designed by Gensler. McShane Completes Three-Building Industry Center

McShane Construction Company provided design-build construction services for three speculative industrial buildings in Melrose Park, Illinois, on behalf of client LBA Logistics. Known as Industry Center at Melrose Park, the development incorporates a total of 651,617 square feet. The project team included Harris Architects. The company also performed three interior buildouts for a transportation, trucking and railroad company, a logistics and package delivery company and a portable storage and moving company. Michael Driscoll School Tops Out in Massachusetts

Officials from the Public Schools of Brookline joined students, alumni, families, educators, neighbors and representatives from Leftfield, Jonathan Levi Architects and Gilbane Building Company to celebrate the topping out of the 155,000-sqaure-foot Michael Driscoll School in Brookline, Massachusetts. The facility will address concerns regarding a growing student population within the district, accommodating nearly 800 students in grades pre-kindergarten through eighth.
