As the United States commemorates its 250th anniversary, the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library in Medora, North Dakota, is now complete. The milestone culminates a dedicated, multi-year partnership to create a world-class institution honoring the 26th president’s legacy of leadership and conservation. Myrtle Beach Airport Expansion Boosts Capacity, Comfort

A concourse expansion project at Myrtle Beach International Airport in South Carolina is complete. The project team, which included JE Dunn Construction/Southside Constructors joint venture and Gresham Smith, recently celebrated the occasion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. During the event, organizers unveiled an 18-inch commemorative plaque, recognizing JE Dunn and Southside as an “Additional Partner” in this transformative project. The first phase of construction on the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library, a future cultural destination located in the heart of the North Dakota Badlands, and the largest mass timber project in the state to date, has been completed. Joint Ventured Tapped for $1.2B Austin Convention Center Redevelopment Project

A joint-venture team of Turner Construction Company and JE Dunn Construction was awarded a contract to lead a $1.2-billion redevelopment and expansion of the Austin Convention Center in Texas. The project will involve demolishing and rebuilding the convention center over four years. The expansion and redevelopment will nearly double the amount of rentable space allowing the convention center to remain competitive in the marketplace. The redevelopment will also deliver a community-friendly event space that will transform the southeast quadrant of downtown and provide connectivity between downtown and East Austin. Construction will be complete in 2028.
