HOCHTIEF and Turner (through its subsidiary Dornan) have been awarded a contract by NTT Global Data Centers to build a data center in Berlin, Germany. The contract, valued at several hundred million euros, involves the construction of a three-story 36 MW data center and a four-story office building. The scope includes all electrical and mechanical engineering work and the implementation of advanced safety and management systems. Delivered by the integrated joint-venture team, construction begins soon, with the first data halls set to be handed over in 2028. Full completion is targeted for 2029.
Gilbane | Turner in Association with 34 Group Selected to Build Stadium for the Buffalo Bills
The joint venture of Gilbane Building Company and Turner Construction Company in association with 34 Group, has been selected by Pegula Sports & Entertainment to provide construction management of the planned new NFL stadium for the Buffalo Bills in Orchard Park, New York. The project team also includes the project management firm, Legends Project Development and Populous as the designer.

Gov. Kathy Hochul announced the award of an initial design contract to advance the creation of a new $750-million public health laboratory on the Harriman State Office Campus Complex in Albany to serve New York State’s public health needs.
