McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. alongside Moore Ruble Yudell Architects & Planners were selected by the California Board of Regents to lead the development of a new 63,000-square-foot building at the University of California, Riverside. Lendlease Begins Construction on 15-Story Outpatient Complex in Manhattan for Northwell Health
Lendlease’s New York construction group has started work on Northwell Medical Pavilion – 77th Street, a new 15-floor, 200,000-square-foot outpatient complex on Manhattan’s Upper East Side that will be operated by Northwell Health. Lendlease is providing construction management services for the project, which is scheduled for completion in late 2025. A groundbreaking celebration with project partners and local officials signaled that demolition will soon begin, with excavation and foundation work expected to start in the spring.
