SAVANNAH, Ga. —JE Dunn Construction recently hired Mike Hatcher as a superintendent in the company’s Savannah, Georgia office. Native to Gainesville, Florida, Hatcher has nearly 40 years of experience in construction. In his role as superintendent, Hatcher provides day-to-day coordination and oversight of all aspects of projects to which he is assigned.

URBANA, Ohio – District officials and Gilbane Building Company recently hosted a community event for the dedication and official ribbon cutting of the new Urbana PK-8 school located in Urbana, Ohio. The new facility is the second building to be completed this year, following the opening of the new high school in the spring. Brasfield & Gorrie Earns Safety Certification for Arizona Project

TUCSON, Ariz. – Brasfield & Gorrie recently attained Voluntary Protection Program Star certification at a Tucson, Arizona site where the general contractor is expanding Raytheon Missile Systems’ corporate headquarters. VPP is an Occupational Safety & Health Administration cooperative program. The certification process requires an application that details risks associated with the project, an explanation of safety and health training, assurance that the applicant will correct hazards and more.
