MILWAUKEE, Wis. – Gilbane Building Company recently celebrated a major milestone on the Potawatomi Hotel & Casino Expansion project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The topping-off ceremony for this high-profile hotel expansion was attended by city, tribal and organizational leadership, as well as project team members from Gilbane Building Company, Greenfire Management and Cuningham Group. The tower expansion will provide Potawatomi Hotel & Casino with 119 additional rooms to the existing facility for a total of 500 rooms. NASA has selected Walsh Construction to build a new research support building at the agency’s Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio. The total potential value of this contract is approximately $32.7 million. The two-story, 64,000-square-foot building will house approximately 164 employees and include open office areas, private offices, conference rooms, collaborative engineering rooms and a cafeteria with supporting kitchen and dining spaces.
