WASHINGTON, D.C. – A year after breaking ground on the 700 Penn development, Clark Construction has completed concrete operations on two of the three buildings that will make up the 415,000-square-foot, mixed-use development located in the Eastern Market neighborhood in Washington, D.C. To reach this milestone, the project team planned and placed 30,000 cubic yards of concrete, 115,000 linear feet of conduit, 3,500 sleeves in decks and 50,000 square feet of below-grade waterproofing.
