Stevens Construction to Renovate The Sanctuary Golf Club

FORT MYERS, Fla. – Stevens Construction has been selected as the construction manager for two club enhancement projects at The Sanctuary Golf Club located at 2801 Wulfert Road, Sanibel, Florida. Stevens Construction is demolishing the existing fitness center and constructing a new 6,000-square-foot fitness facility and sports pool. Scheduled for completion in winter of 2017, the fitness center will feature an equipment room, group exercise studio, massage therapy suites and a new sports pool to accommodate water aerobics classes and lap swimming. Hill International Receives Two Contracts from GSA Region 5

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Hill International has received two contracts from the U.S. General Services Administration to provide construction manager as agent services during the modernization of two federal buildings in GSA’s Region 5. The two contracts have an estimated combined value to Hill of approximately $3 million. The first project is the J.W. Peck Federal Building, a 10-story office building located at 550 Main Street in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.
