Representatives from both Healthcare Design & Construction, LLC and Petra Integrated Construction Strategies, both subsidiaries of The Innovation Institute, in collaboration with the National Association of Women in Construction, hosted a tour of the new Innovation Lab in Newport Beach, California for a group of 39 female high school students from Orange County high schools. Leopardo Wins 290,000 SF Construction Project, Completes 160,000 SF Project

CHICAGO, Ill — Leopardo Companies, Inc. has been selected as construction project manager for Zebra Technologies" 290,000-square-foot office space at 3 Overlook Point in Lincolnshire, Illinois. The new assignment comes as Leopardo recently completed the interior build-out of Integrys Energy's 160,000-square-foot space at Aon Center in downtown Chicago. ELFA’s Survey of Economic Activity: Monthly Leasing and Finance Index

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association's Monthly Leasing and Finance Index, which reports economic activity from 25 companies representing a cross section of the $827 billion equipment finance sector, showed their overall new business volume for May was $6.9 billion, down 8 percent from new business volume in May 2013. Month-over-month, new business volume was down 14 percent from April.
