FORT MYERS, Fla. — Stevens Construction has won a Sand Dollar award for best commercial project by the Collier Building Industry Association. In a ceremony held on Sept. 26 at the Ritz Carlton Tiberon in Naples, Florida, Stevens Construction earned a Sand Dollar award in the commercial category for DeVoe Cadillac in Naples.
