Philadelphia, Pa., Jan 30 — Turner Construction Company, the nation's largest builder of healthcare facilities, has topped out the $323 million state-of-the-art Greenfield replacement hospital for Virtua Health. Turner is serving as the construction manager for the project that is scheduled for completion in 2011.
