NEW LONDON, Conn. — KBE Building Corporation has started structural demolition at Connecticut College's Shain Library in preparation for a $9-million renovation and addition that comprises more than 45,000 square feet. KBE is construction manager at risk for the renovation and addition at Connecticut College, one of the state's liberal arts schools.
