Prices For Nonresidential Construction Materials, Services Climb .5% in February

The price of materials and services used in nonresidential construction rose .5% in February, following an increase of .7% in January, according to an analysis by the Associated General Contractors of America of government data. The producer price index for inputs to new nonresidential construction —a weighted average of all materials and certain services used in new construction — increased for the second month in a row. Health First Provides Cape Canaveral Hospital Construction Project Update

Exactly one year since Health First broke ground on the new Cape Canaveral replacement hospital in Merritt Island, Florida, officials provided an onsite status update on the project. Since the first ceremonial turn of dirt on “3-2-1 Day” in 2024 a lot has happened; the existing building on the premises has been demolished, land cleared, drainage systems installed, pilings driven, foundation laid and walls are now going up at a rapid pace.
