ATLANTA, Ga. — Brasfield & Gorrie recently celebrated the topping out of the new $66.9-million College Football Hall of Fame project in Atlanta, Ga. Construction Spending Increases in Between November 2012, 2013

Total construction spending increased between October and November and for the year amid growing private-sector demand, according to an analysis of new U.S. Census Bureau data by the Associated General Contractors of America.
