Balfour Beatty, as part of the progressive design-build team with HMC Architects, celebrates the completion of Sierra Joint Community College District’s new instructional building, Building Q, in Rocklin, California. Building Q is a three-story classroom facility that replaces and consolidates campus square footage from several smaller inefficient buildings to one larger efficient building with modern and comfortable classrooms and gathering spaces. Balfour Beatty as part of the Design-Build team with Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, delivers the Town of Mooresville’s Police Headquarters in North Carolina. The completion signifies the success of the highly interactive and collaborative relationship between the town and the Design-Build team and partners, and their efforts in providing a centrally located and newly upgraded facility that allows for future expansion for the fast-growing community.
