Construction Complete on New RTBF Headquarters Média Square in Belgium

BESIX, Valens and In Advance, together JV VALBESINA, recently completed Média Square in Brussels (Belgium), the new headquarters and production company of Belgian Radio and Television of the French Community. The building covers a gross area of 38,000 square meters. Média Square is equipped with 18 studios, designed to share equipment between the teams, which optimizes resources and accelerates content production. Renovations Begin on ‘The Hive’ Office Building in Belgium

A contract was recently signed by BESIX Belgium-Luxembourg for the renovation of the 60,147-square-meter office building ‘the Hive,’ which is owned by BNP Paribas Fortis and located in the center of Brussels, Belgium. The project includes full renovation and rehabilitation of the building, with a comprehensive material circularity approach and the early contractor involvement concept from the start. Transformation of Campus of Karel de Grote Hogeschool, Retail Space in Belgium to Begin

BESIX and Wycor have been awarded the contract for a new campus and retail space on the Meir in Antwerp (Belgium). The project comprises the transformation of a building complex including the former site of Belgian telecommunications company Belgacom (now Proximus) and the two adjacent buildings. Located in the commercial center of Antwerp, the buildings — including the former Belgacom building — are getting a new, twofold destination after years of vacancy.
