ROCKLAND, Mass. — Integrated Builders has completed an 11,000-square-foot build-out at 417 South Street in Marlborough, Massachusetts, on behalf of BWT Pharma & Biotech. The asset is owned and operated by Hudson-based Calare Properties. BWT Pharma & Biotech’s new accommodations comprise 8,000 square feet of designated production space and 3,000 square feet of office space.
