The National Center for Construction Education and Research, and Ambition Theory, have released Building Better, a report based on a survey with 770 women across a variety of construction sectors. The work identifies three main action items for the industry to focus on: providing women with leadership opportunities, investing in training and prioritizing work-life balance.
