Wright, a Balfour Beatty company, has been selected to deliver exterior and interior renovations to the Salem Civic Center/City Hall in Salem, Oregon to create a 21st century workplace for the mayor and city managers offices, city council chambers, municipal courts and planning and purchasing departments.
