Wright, a Balfour Beatty company, has been selected to deliver exterior and interior renovations to the Salem Civic Center/City Hall in Salem, Oregon to create a 21st century workplace for the mayor and city managers offices, city council chambers, municipal courts and planning and purchasing departments. Roughly $40 million in substantial renovations will be made to the 1970 Civic Center featuring a seismic retrofit and structural upgrades. Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty company, has been selected to renovate Alaska Airlines’ new training facility in Renton, Washington. In partnership with Alaska Airlines, Seneca Group and design partner, NBBJ, Howard S. Wright will renovate the North Building on the Longacres campus for the airline to centralize its operations and world-class training programs for flight attendants, pilots, customer service agents and more.
