Skanska to Build New Dining Hall for James Madison University in Virginia
Skanska has signed a $42-million contract with James Madison University to construct its new dining hall in Harrisonburg, Virginia. The new dining hall will be located in the center of campus. With about 108,000 square feet, it will seat 1,500 students and faculty. This building is targeted for LEED Silver certification. Skanska began construction in May 2016. The project is slated for completion in summer 2018.

HOUSTON, Texas and CINCINNATI, Ohio – Linbeck Group and Messer Construction Co. has completed the Cincinnati Children’s/UC Health Proton Therapy Center in Ohio, the second facility of its kind in the world owned by a children’s hospital. The total cost of the project is $120 million.
