Lodge Kohler Breaks Ground

Mortenson’s chairman, David Mortenson, along with Herb Kohler, Kohler Co. executive chairman; Mark Murphy, Green Bay Packers president and CEO; Mike Aubinger, Ashwaubenon Village president and other project team members, broke ground recently for Lodge Kohler in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Lodge Kohler will be a four-diamond, five-story hotel with 144 rooms with a bar, restaurant and spa. The hotel is part of the 34-acre Titletown District that will also include Hinterland Brewing and Bellin Health sports medicine clinic. Sundt Construction Company Earns 2015 AGC Safety Award

Sundt Construction, Inc. was recently named the nation’s safest construction company in 2015 by the Associated General Contractors of America. Clark JV to Build Warriors’ Chase Center

Joint Venture partners Clark Construction Group and Mortenson Construction have been selected by GSW Arena LLC to build the Golden State Warriors’ new sports and entertainment venue, Chase Center, in Mission Bay, San Francisco. Chase Center is scheduled to open in time for the 2019-20 NBA season. GSW plans to build its new state-of-the-art venue on an 11-acre site in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood. Gilbane Completes Auto Technology Project at Evergreen Community College

SAN JOSE, Calif. – Gilbane Building Company has recently completed Evergreen Valley College’s Auto Technology project in San Jose, Calif. This is an important technical training facility for the college and the Evergreen community. Gilbane has been the construction management company overseeing the project. The building is approximately 25,800 square feet and consists of four labs/shops with 14 lifts, as well as five classrooms and specialized features for automobile-manufacturer sponsored repair programs.
