The Design-Build Institute of America has officially opened registration for the 2025 National Design-Build Student Competition, offering students nationwide the opportunity to showcase their Design-Build expertise in a fast-paced, real-world challenge. BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Design-Build Institute of America will recognize Brasfield & Gorrie and its joint venture partner, RQ Construction, for their work on the Wallace Creek North Bachelor Enlisted Quarters Complex in Camp LeJeune, North Carolina. The project will be honored with an Award of Merit later this year. The Wallace Creek North BEQ was cited for having utilized Design-Build in project delivery and for overcoming significant construction challenges.
