The 50:50 joint venture between Balfour Beatty and Gammon has been awarded a HK$3.7-billion contract from the Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited, a wholly owned innovation and technology company of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, to construct a new development at Cyberport, Hong Kong. As part of the contract, Gammon will be responsible for the construction of a new 10-story building, which will provide office space, a data services platform, multi-functional hall and ancillary facilities, as well as enhancements to the adjacent Cyberport waterfront park.
