Construction firm Robins & Morton joined AdventHealth to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new AdventHealth Auburndale ER on Jan. 8 in Auburndale, Florida. The facility will feature 12 private exam rooms, advanced imaging including X-ray, CT, and ultrasound and a full-service lab. Families can also expect pediatric emergency care, pharmacy services and respiratory therapy. The 13,000+ square-foot facility is also expected to create more than 35 new jobs. HuntonBrady is the architecture firm chosen for the project and Robins & Morton will manage the construction. Expanded Emergency Room Unveiled at Methodist Landmark Hospital in San Antonio, Texas

An expansion of the emergency room at Methodist Landmark Hospital in San Antonio, Texas is complete. Adolfson & Peterson Construction broke ground on the project in April 2025. Designed by LK Design Group, the expansion adds 1,850 square feet to the existing ER, creating space for six additional patient beds, restrooms and secure holding to support the hospital’s increased demand for emergency care. The expanded ER will help the hospital manage higher patient volumes, improve flow and reduce overcrowding, enhancing the experience for patients and staff.
