The project, worth HK$2.9 billion (c. £289 million), will become an iconic landmark in the Homantin residential area in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Balfour Beatty’s 50/50 Far East joint venture, Gammon Construction, has been awarded a HK$5.5-billion works contract of the Lyric Theatre Complex and Extended Basement by the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority in Hong Kong to construct the final stage of the Lyric Theatre Development.
