Design-Build Team to Deliver Future Police Station for City of Nice

The French Ministry of the Interior, in association with the city of Nice, France, has retained general contractor VINCI Construction subsidiary Dumez Côte d’Azur and architect Wilmotte & Associés to build the future police station for the city of Nice in the Alpes-Maritimes department of France. The new Mitikah mixed-use development recently opened in Mexico City, and includes the largest retail center in Latin America. Stantec provided retail design as part of the larger project design team with Cesar Pelli, Enrique Norten, SMA and Colonnier y Asociados. The builder was Parks.
