NASHVILLE, Tenn. ― Bridgestone Americas, Inc. officials recently celebrated the topping out of its new headquarters in downtown Nashville, Tennessee to mark the completion of the 30-floor structure. Joined by Nashville Mayor Megan Barry, Bridgestone Americas leaders also announced a new name for the headquarters, which will eventually house corporate staff and teammates from four core business units as well as supporting functions. Annual Ranking Reveals Top 10 States for LEED Green Building

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. Green Building Council recently announced the Top 10 States for LEED, an annual ranking that highlights states throughout the United States that made significant strides in sustainable building design, construction and transformation over the past year. Topping the list is Massachusetts, which moved from third to first place with a total of 136 LEED certified projects representing 3.73 square feet of certified space per resident.
