The first phase of construction on the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library, a future cultural destination located in the heart of the North Dakota Badlands, and the largest mass timber project in the state to date, has been completed. The library is set to open July 4, 2026. Phase one construction began a year ago and is centered on the museum building and its dramatic roof structure of sweeping curves and complex geometry. VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The Chesapeake Bay Foundation recently announced the award of the Living Building Challenge certification to the Brock Environmental Center, a 10,000-square-foot facility located on the Lynnhaven River at Pleasure House Point in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
