Ground has been broken on Republic Properties Corporation’s Portals IV project, the residential building located at 1301 Maryland Ave., Southwest. This project is the concluding phase of the Portals Complex development overlooking the Tidal Basin and Washington, D.C.’s iconic monuments and memorials.
