Greystar Real Estate Partners has appointed McLaren Construction to deliver Block F of the rental housing-led regeneration of the Peek Frean biscuit factory in Bermondsey, London (England). The general contractor is responsible for creating 230 of the total 1,624 high-quality build-to-rent homes in the regeneration project.
