Developer Northacre has selected Multiplex to deliver The Broadway development in Westminster, England, with the official contract signing recently carried out. Following a successful nine-month, single-stage competitive tender process for the £422m Design-Build contract, Multiplex will now deliver the 1.72-acre mixed-use development on the site of the former Metropolitan Police headquarters. SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Clark Construction’s team in San Francisco, California has topped out 150 Van Ness, a 420-unit apartment building taking shape in the heart of the city’s Civic Center neighborhood. The milestone marks the completion of the building’s cast-in-place concrete superstructure and comes nine months after the project’s mud slab was poured.
