CHARLESTON, S.C. — JE Dunn Construction has completed Caroline, a seven-story, mixed-use apartment tower that is part of the city’s emerging WestEdge development in downtown Charleston, South Carolina. The building offers 237 luxury residential units, approximately 18,500 square feet of ground-floor restaurant/retail space and a parking facility accommodating 1,000 vehicles. Clark Tops Out Concrete Structure at 150 Van Ness

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Clark Construction’s team in San Francisco, California has topped out 150 Van Ness, a 420-unit apartment building taking shape in the heart of the city’s Civic Center neighborhood. The milestone marks the completion of the building’s cast-in-place concrete superstructure and comes nine months after the project’s mud slab was poured. TEMPE, Ariz. – Sundt Construction, Inc. began construction this month to transform a surface parking lot into a 407-unit residential and retail mixed-use development in Tempe, Arizona.
