Balfour Beatty announced the official openings of two major transportation projects for the North Carolina Department of Transportation. In December, the Havelock Bypass project officially opened to vehicular traffic, a significant achievement in reducing congestion and improving hurricane evacuation routes along a portion of U.S. 70.
