GREELEY, Colo. — The board of directors of Hensel Phelps Construction Co. has elevated two key players within the Southwest district: Michael Dwight will assume the role of director of operations, while Gary Perrin has been promoted to operations manager. Michael Dwight joined Hensel Phelps after graduating from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in construction science.
